Welcome to Quant Kongz. These Terms of Service govern your use of our quantitative algorithm monitoring platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Quant Kongz services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Service Description

Quant Kongz is developing a comprehensive platform for:

  • •Real-time monitoring of quantitative trading algorithms.
  • •Multi-strategy performance analytics and correlation analysis.
  • •MT5 Local Copier Pro for local MT5-to-MT5 trade replication on licensed PCs/VPSs.
  • •Risk management framework for algorithmic trading.
  • •Trading Journal, closed-trade history, strategy filtering, and trade review attachments.
  • •Low-latency data pipeline for high-frequency strategies.

3. Platform Access

Access to our platform is currently limited:

  • •Registration places you on our waitlist.
  • •Applications are reviewed on a selective basis.
  • •Approved users receive access as the platform develops.
  • •We reserve the right to approve or deny applications at our discretion.

4. Account Registration

To register for our waitlist, you must:

  • •Be at least 18 years old or of legal age in your jurisdiction.
  • •Provide accurate and complete registration information.
  • •Maintain the security of your account credentials.
  • •Be involved in algorithmic or systematic trading.

5. Platform Development

Quant Kongz is currently in development. We make no guarantees regarding:

  • •Specific launch dates or timelines.
  • •Feature availability or specifications.
  • •Acceptance into the platform.
  • •Future pricing or access models.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You must follow these acceptable use rules:

  • •You must not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • •You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to, probe, scan, test, bypass, disrupt, or interfere with Quant-Kongz systems, networks, accounts, APIs, security controls, or data. This includes automated scanning, denial-of-service testing, credential attacks, phishing, social engineering, malware, or any attempt to access, modify, delete, or disclose data that does not belong to you.
  • •If you believe you have discovered a security vulnerability, you may report it to us in accordance with our Vulnerability Disclosure Policy. Our Vulnerability Disclosure Policy is intended only to provide a responsible reporting channel and does not authorize intrusive, destructive, disruptive, or out-of-scope security testing.
  • •Reverse engineer or decompile any part of our platform.
  • •Share your account access with unauthorized parties.
  • •Interfere with platform operation or other users.
  • •Misrepresent your trading experience or intentions.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Quant Kongz, including software, text, images, graphics, logos, and trademarks, are owned by Quant Kongz and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We use encryption, access controls, and other security measures to help protect your algorithmic trading data.

You retain ownership of your algorithmic strategies and trading data. We process this data solely to provide our monitoring and analytics services.

Nothing on our website, apps, or communications constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice, a recommendation, or a solicitation to buy or sell any instrument. Quant-Kongz™ does not provide personalized advice, portfolio management, or brokerage services and is not acting as a broker-dealer, investment adviser, or commodity trading advisor.

Risk of LossTrading involves substantial risk. Futures, forex, CFDs, and leveraged products are complex and may not be suitable for all investors. You can lose some or all of your capital. Never trade with funds you cannot afford to lose. Past performance, real or simulated, does not guarantee future results.

Hypothetical/Backtested ResultsAny hypothetical, backtested, or simulated performance has inherent limitations and does not reflect actual trading. Results may differ materially due to market factors, slippage, liquidity, fees, and behavioral impacts.

No WarrantiesInformation is provided "as is," without warranties of accuracy, completeness, or timeliness. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.

Regulatory StatusQuant-Kongz™ is not registered as a securities broker, investment adviser, or commodity trading advisor. Consider consulting a qualified, licensed financial professional before making investment decisions.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quant Kongz and its founders, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or trading losses, arising from your use of our services.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We notify users of material changes via email or through our platform. Your continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where our company is registered. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.

13. EU Cyber Resilience Act Readiness

Quant-Kongz includes a cloud-based service and a downloadable desktop agent. For users located in the European Union or European Economic Area, Quant-Kongz is preparing its product security processes and technical documentation with reference to the EU Cyber Resilience Act, Regulation (EU) 2024/2847.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in a separate official declaration, Quant-Kongz is not currently represented as CE marked or as having completed a final Cyber Resilience Act conformity assessment. Quant-Kongz may provide security updates, patches, compatibility updates, or mandatory agent updates in order to maintain the security, reliability, and integrity of the service.

Users are responsible for keeping the Quant-Kongz desktop agent updated to the latest supported version and for maintaining the security of their own computers, VPS environments, trading platform installations, credentials, and network access.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Quant Kongz regarding the use of our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

16. Paid Beta (Early Access) and Refund Policy

Product status: This launch is offered as Paid Beta / Early Access. Some features may change, be added, or be adjusted over time. We actively work on continuous improvements based on user feedback.

1) What you are purchasing

  • •Agent License: enables use of the Desktop Agent on one PC to connect terminals according to the selected software license term.
  • •Subscription (recurring): access to the dashboard and cloud services per connected account, with recurring billing based on the selected interval.

At checkout, you will see the "Due now" total (license + first period) and the "Next renewal" date.

2) Early Adopter Discount

During the Paid Beta period, Early Adopter users may access a promotional discount (for example, 20%) as shown at checkout. This promotion may be modified or ended at any time for new purchases (it does not affect purchases already completed).

3) Refund Policy

All fees are non-refundable except MT5 Local Copier Pro Lifetime licenses, which may be refunded during the first 14 days after purchase. Real-Time Analytics Subscription accounts, MT5 Local Copier Pro discounted Analytics add-ons, and MT5 Local Copier Pro Monthly, Semiannual, and Annual licenses are non-refundable.

4) Cancellations

  • •You may cancel recurring services at any time to avoid future charges.
  • •Cancellation does not create refunds for already paid, already started, or otherwise non-refundable billing periods.

5) How to Request a Refund

To request a refund for an eligible MT5 Local Copier Pro Lifetime license within the first 14 days after purchase, contact us at:

support@quantkongz.com (or via the official channel).

Include: your account email, purchase date, and reason (optional). We will try to respond within 1-3 business days and, if applicable, the refund will be reflected according to processor timelines (typically 5-10 business days).

6) Feedback Channel (Early Access)

Paid Beta users may access a communication channel (for example, Discord) for reports, suggestions, and improvement follow-up. Feedback does not guarantee implementation of specific features on specific dates.
