At Quant Kongz, we take your privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you create an account, subscribe to, and use our trading analytics and monitoring services.
Information We Collect
Registration and Subscription Information
When you create an account or subscribe to our services, we collect your username, email address, and the information necessary to create and manage your account and subscription.
Account Information
For registered users, we process account and authentication information required to provide and secure access to our services. Sensitive data is protected using encryption, access controls, and other security measures.
Trading Activity Data
When you connect a supported trading account, we collect and process data from your trading activity, including performance metrics, execution data, and risk parameters, to provide monitoring and analytics services.
Usage Analytics
With your Analytics consent, we use Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity. Clarity is limited to selected public, unauthenticated pages and provides behavioral metrics, heatmaps, and session replay. We intentionally do not enable Clarity on authenticated trading, account, billing, payment, or administration pages, and we do not intentionally send trading data, account IDs, credentials, payment data, license keys, or email addresses to Clarity. Microsoft processes information in accordance with the Microsoft Privacy Statement. If the Google Analytics browser tag cannot load, a minimal first-party analytics endpoint may forward page-view events to Google Analytics without those sensitive data categories.

With your Marketing consent, Quant-Kongz uses Meta Pixel, a Meta Business Tool, on selected public and unauthenticated pages of https://quantkongz.com to measure and attribute Facebook and Instagram campaigns. Automatic Advanced Matching is enabled in Meta Events Manager; it operates only after you give Marketing consent and Meta Pixel is technically enabled, and the browser scope remains limited to explicit PageView events on those eligible pages for unauthenticated visitors. The browser Pixel is not loaded on authentication, registration, account, dashboard, trading, subscription, billing, payment, administration, authenticated download, token, legal, unknown, or other sensitive routes.
When the browser Pixel is technically enabled, Meta may receive the visited page URL and referrer, IP address, browser and device information, approved campaign identifiers such as fbclid and UTM parameters, and cookies or identifiers such as _fbp and, where applicable, _fbc. The only explicit Meta event prepared for this scope is a parameter-free PageView; Quant-Kongz does not send the route, query, matching data, or other custom properties with that command.
For Automatic Advanced Matching, Meta may use only the following enabled customer-information categories: email address; phone number; first and last name; sex; city, state, postal code; country; date of birth; and external identifier. Information processed by the Meta Pixel JavaScript may be normalized and hashed for matching, measurement, and attribution. Quant-Kongz does not manually pass these fields in fbq("init"), add customer-information objects to initialization, create matching hashes, attach form listeners, read form inputs, scrape the DOM, or send these fields from the backend.
Apart from this possible automatic processing by Meta, Quant-Kongz does not intentionally send credentials, trading data, balances, P&L, card or bank data, payment credentials, raw Stripe payloads, license keys, user, account, order, session, or other sensitive internal identifiers to Meta. PayPal, BitPay, and crypto payment data remain outside this Meta implementation. Automatic Advanced Matching does not provide Quant-Kongz with an exportable list of visitors, email addresses, or phone numbers.
Third parties, including Meta, may use cookies, web beacons, and similar storage technologies to collect or receive information from this website and elsewhere on the Internet and use that information to provide measurement services and, subject to applicable law and your choices, to target and deliver ads.
You may withdraw Marketing consent at any time in Cookie Preferences. Future Meta tracking will stop, and Quant-Kongz will make reasonable efforts, within the browser’s technical limitations, to remove accessible first-party Meta cookies. Meta processes information under its own Privacy Policy, Cookies Policy, and Business Tools Terms.

Your trading strategies, algorithms, trading logic, and proprietary methods remain your exclusive intellectual property. We claim no ownership over your strategies or algorithms and implement strict measures to ensure they remain confidential and isolated from other users.
